The National Highways Authority of India (the “Authority”) is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavor, the Authority has decided to undertake development, operation / maintenance and Construction of 6 lane Indore western bypass from km 0+000 to Km 34+000 (Pkg-I) in the state of Madhya Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode under NH(O).” (the “Project”) through Public Private Partnership (the “PPP”) on Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (“Hybrid Annuity”) basis. Bypass roads are proposed in Madhya Pradesh to reduce traffic congestion in cities, cut travel times, and boost economic development by connecting key hubs, industrial areas, and trade routes. These projects aim to improve connectivity across the state, lower logistics costs, and transform Madhya Pradesh into a major industrial and agricultural center.
